SHIPPING INFORMATION

BAMA Embroidery uses a variety of courier companies along with Australia Post to offer our customers an affordable and fast delivery service. 

 

We aim to send all orders placed before 9am AEST out the same day. Orders placed after 9am AEST will be processed and dispatched the following day. Orders placed after 9am AEST on Friday will be processed and dispatched the following Monday.

 

Please allow extra time for processing and delivery around the busy times such as, the Christmas/New Year period, other public holidays, and the summer months. 

 

If you have marked "Authority to Leave" (ATL) on your order, then BAMA Embroidery will not be held liable for any missing items.

 

Once the parcel has been collected by the courier companies, BAMA Embroidery is no longer liable for any damages or misplaced parcels during transit including, delayed delivery, sent to wrong location (unless the shipping label was entered incorrectly), and changed addresses.

 

 

Shipping Around Christmas Time

All BLANK orders placed before midnight December 10th will be delivered to east coast areas before Christmas.  Orders placed after this date, and embroidery orders, will be processed as quickly as possible, however we cannot guarantee pre-Christmas delivery.

 

Domestic Shipping (within Australia)

 

We offer free shipping for all orders over 150 items within Australia.  Shipping charges depend on the region your shipping address is to.

 

For major cities (excluding Perth), 90% of orders will arrive within 2 business days, but may take up to 5 business days. For regional areas and Western Australia, it can take up to 6-7 business days.  In some cases, orders may be passed on to a third-party carrier, which may result in further delays.

 

All orders must be signed for, so please ensure there is someone available at the delivery address. If there is no one home or available to sign for the parcel the courier will leave a note and will either attempt to deliver it again or leave it for your collection at the nearest depot. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.
